Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

At Declared Faith, we strive to operate with honesty, grace, and integrity in every interaction. As a small faith-centered business, we kindly ask our customers to approach returns and refund requests with the same spirit of fairness and respect.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and free of pet hair, odors, stains, deodorant marks, or other signs of use, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering. Because many of our products are made to order, we are unable to offer free returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size unless the item arrives mislabeled, damaged, or defective.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
